The stages in the research are: defining the assembly tolerance model, and perform dimensional tolerance analysis. Analysis of dimensional tolerances on the crank drive sub assembly is done by using the direct linierization method (DLM) in 2 dimensions. The results of this analysis are the dimensional tolerances of components that meet the designed assembly variation. Furthermore, the results of this calculation as the basis for creating detailed drawings of kromhout diesel engine. text
