The level of materials costs reaches up to 70% of total cost estimations. Therefore any actions towards rationalization of size, structure and organization of material consumption, delivery and planning are important in terms of project efficiency and require proper management.<p>Supply chain concepts are good to implement in construction industry to manage supply and distribution process. With a proper management in supply chain, it is expected that construction industry could reduce their total cost of production.<p>Identification the structure of purchasing cost in construction industry is required to increase the level of cost effisciency. With identification we could get the illustration the structure of purchasing cost, including the components and factors that influence the purchasing cost. Components and factors that influence in purchasing cost is used to reduce the total cost of production. <br />
