Today, business issues faced by Flexi on the telecommunications industry are the limitations of bandwidth frequency of a fixed wireless phone. The <br /> <br /> <br /> limitations of bandwidth frequency may limit the Flexi in providing services to their customers. Therefore, Flexi need to have a proper business strategy in order <br /> <br /> <br /> to improve services and win the competition in the CDMA market. This final project design a strategy for Flexi in dealing with business issues at the corporate level, business level, and functional level. Corporate strategy is determined by creating a model of EFAS & IFAS Matrix and SWOT Matrix. Corporate strategy that appropriate with the corporate conditions is the growth strategy. Business strategy of Flexi developed by using Porter's Generic Strategy model, whereas functional strategy using TOWS Matrix. Flexi business strategy is service differentiation. TOWS Matrix resulted in four groups of <br /> <br /> <br /> functional strategies, which is human resources, operations, marketing, and financial strategies.
