Taman Kelinci is one of the children attractions, located in the complex POM Tahu Lembang, West Bandung Regency. POM Tahu Lembang is a place of recreation in Lembang frequently visited by people to spend the weekend. Taman Kelinci combines the concept of playing and learning together with rabbit. Since entering the third month, the income derived from Taman Kelinci entrance fee continues to decline and is inadequate to cope with the high spending of Taman Kelinci, threatening the sustainability of Taman Kelinci. Cost analysis and business model canvas approach is used to assess the performance of the current Taman Kelinci business model to discover the core issues Taman Kelinci is facing. The results show that the building blocks of the current business model does not generate enough revenue to accommodate Taman Kelinci business sustainability and growth. Solution offered is to repair and innovate business model through SWOT approach, 3 levels of non consumer analysis, and Six Paths Framework. The repairs include the addition of <br /> <br /> <br /> some revenenu streams from selling rabbit collection and equipment, the addition of key activities to maintain the park physical attraction, and the addition of a new channel to increase customer awareness towards Taman Kelinci. While among the resulted innovations are increasing the number of revenue stream by inviting schools to come to Taman Kelinci, Taman Kelinci visits to schools, consign buying and selling system cooperation rabbit breeders, and the use of social network website to increase customer awareness. The implementation of the new business model is pursued immediately and as efficient as possible. The immediacy and the providence of costs is done by forming strategic <br /> <br /> <br /> partnership with key partners operating in the surrounding of Lembang, such as rabbit equipment supplier and vegetables distributor, and the use of free marketing service such as free social network websites. text
