In this research, the objective is to know the interconnection regulation that is stated, to analyze that regulation, and to find solutions for the interconnection problems that are occurred in Indonesia for the halthy competition. This research was done by studying the literature of reference, analyzing the problem and calculating the cost based interconnection tariff. The result of this research is pretty obvious. The lack of Point of Interconnection (POI) in Indonesia causes the uneffectively route of interconnection and the highly rate of interconnection cost. It is recommended that there should be the improvement of POI, the enlargement of zoning tariff, the telecommunication infrastructure sharing, the use of Universal Service Obligation (USO) and the Right of Frequency Radio Using Cost. text
