This changes is certainly needed market orientiation, organizational learning and entrepreneurial orientation, innovation, as well as good performance, as well Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Batik Trusmi at Cirebon Regency.. The purpose of this research to the investigated the relationship between market orientation, organizational learning and entrepreneurial orientation, innovation and performance. This study will to reveal the effect of market orientation, learning organization, and entrepreneurship orientation on innovation and its impact on performances of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of Batik Trusmi at Cirebon Regency. The method used in this study is a survey research. Questionnaires were 132 SMEs of Batik Trusmi at Cirebon Regency which applied as research respondents. The research data analyzes using Path Analysis. The results indicated that market orientation, organizational learning, entrepreneurial orientation, innovation and performance of SMEs of Batik Trusmi at Cirebon Regency are in the category of good. It certainly shows that SMEs are basically already have the aspects of entrepreneurship. While in the hypothesis testing was approved that the market orientation, organizational learning and entrepreneurial orientation have significant effect on innovation and have an siginificant impact on the performance of SMEs of batik tursmi at Cirebon Regency. |
