However, due to the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> unexpected success of SMS, with the explosion of customers who use it, making <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> SMS as an integral part of the service system. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> This final report examines the success rate of each operation associated <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> with the process of sending an SMS, and also what causes the failure of delivery <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> of SMS to the customer destination. In addition, the calculation of Quality of <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Service (QoS) for SMS services based on ETSI recommendations are also made. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> From the calculation, it was found that the success rate of registered <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> subscribers to the visiting network is 69.35%, to authenticate to the home network <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 95.99%, to sending SMS to the SMSC 50.67%. While the process of sending <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> SMS from SMSC to customer success rates obtained for the purpose of <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> determining the route for delivery of SMS for 86.80%, and the success rate of <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> delivery to the destination MSC amounted to 66.54%. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> From the calculation of Quality of Service (QoS), it was found that the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> success rate customers can use SMS service after registered to the network is <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 50.67%, and the time required for delivery to the SMSC is 0.79 seconds .In the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> other hand delivery success rate of SMSC to the MSC goal is 66.54% by the time <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> it takes 8.84 seconds. text
