Facing the change, manufacture has two reaction options, reactive strategy and proactive strategy. Proactive strategy has less consequences than reactive strategy. One of proactive strategy is green strategies. Green strategies have so much fields, one of them is green manufacturing. But there are plenty of risks to choose the green strategies, because manufacture has a lot of area to be changed. To avoid and minimalize the risk, manufacture must have measurement to measure their transformation. <br /> <br /> <br /> This research will develop performance measurement model for green manufacturing transformation. This model will be developed based on architecture of an environmental impact management with system approach. The tools that use in this model is SWOT analysis, balanced scorecard (BSC), green performance indicators (GPI’s) and analyticl hierarchy process (AHP). This model hopefully can be implemented in mass production or customize product manufacture. So conventional manufacture will be able to transform to green manufacture. <br /> <br /> <br /> This model has five steps, they are strategy, sensing and monitoring, analyzing and management, implementation, and continuous improvement. text
