This final project studies technical aspect in solving crew assigment problem at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero). In finding solution for the given problem, random se- <br />

lection based method is used, which inspired by genetic algorithm and simulated annealing. This method is applied to mathematics model on cockpit crew assigment problem at PT. Garuda Indonesia (Persero), which satisfy all crew labor regulations. <br />
<br />

Solution to the problem is an assigment for cockpit crew that can serve all minimum pairings which has minimum standard deviation of total flight times. |
