This research is divided into two part, preliminary experiments to obtain the qualitative data and second experiment to obtain the quantitative data.In preliminary research, TiO2/Styrofoam composites nanofiber have been fabricated using an electrospinning multinozzle drum collector system for water purification applications. Composite nanofiber membrane was fabricated from precursor solution prepared by dissolving Styrofoam and TiO2 in the mixture of <br />

tetrahydrofuran (THF), citronella oil and cajuput oil. Then, the precursor solutions is mixed with TiO2 powder with three variations based on concentration(1:15,1:20 and 1:40). obtained that consist of structure and morphology of the membrane that characterized using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive x-ray(EDX) and x-ray difraction (XRD). The photocatalytic activity of composite nanofibers on degradation of wantex textile dyes was investigated under the sun light for 4 days.The research is continued by fabrication nanofiber membrane with the same concentration using an electrospinning multi-syringe conveyor collector system.The photocatalytic activity was investigated under the bulb light with 60 watt of power in the box of photocatalytic test. The observation of photocatalytic process has been carried out for 30 hours and have been obtained a result of taken pictures by camera every 6 hours. Quantitative data of decrease in the concentration of wantex solution has been taken by using a simple spectrometer and UV-Vis <br />
