Description
Summary:Wilkesmann (2007) states that modern organizations will not be able to produce

goods and services without the use of knowledge. While Mahdi (2005) suggested the role

of internal control is essential in realizing the government's national security. By looking at

the role of internal control is very strategic, as well as a moratorium on the admission

policy of the civil service in order to support the success of knowledge transfer in

organizations in the environmental supervision agency necessary to the development of

knowledge-transfer model by elaborating a model of knowledge transfer from Wilkesmann

(2007), the structural constrained, cultural constrained, and cognitive constraint and

research Craig Mitton et.al. (2007), the facilitator at the organization level.

Transferred knowledge is knowledge of the supervisory activities carried out and

the unit of analysis is Inspectorate General of Ministry of Industry as an internal

government supervision agency. The data was collected to obtain the data used for model

testing research through questionnaires. Respondents who selected the internal employees

of Inspectorate General and 34 questionnaires collected and processed using the software

SmartPLS 2.0.M3 version. From the results of data processing and analysis has been done,

it was found that the structural constraint, cultural constraint, cognitive constraint, and

facilitators influence the success levels of the organization of knowledge transfer in

supervision agency. Significant and influential factors of four constructs to the success of

knowledge transfer in supervision agency is intensity of interaction, adaptability (the ability

to improve themselves and change themselves for the developed and developing),

motivation for sharing knowledge, and leadership.

Based on the results of data processing, can be formulated some policies that can be

performed by the supervisory agencies, those are the establishment of an internal

discussion forum to discuss matters concerning the supervision, used to make a paper /

papers on supervision, and establish close communication between the leadership and the

whole range of existing underneath, forming a conducive environment that allows the

transfer of knowledge can be run successfully and can motivate APIP in the transfer of

knowledge.
