corridor to be solid with the vehicle and not infrequently lead to congestion. That requires a new mode that has its own path so as not to interfere with the bottleneck that occurs, then the selected mode is cable car. The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial feasibility for the construction of this cable car transportation system. Scenarios conducted in this study is to offer three different types of cheap rate tariff by 5 thousand Rupiah, middle rate tarrif was 8 thousand rupiah, and the expensive tariffs of 10 thousand Rupiah. Of the three scenarios are calculated the cost of tariffs (cost) and benefit / income (benefit / revenue). From the analysis of the three scenarios FIRR rates obtained value is more than the MARR of 6.75% that which cheap rate tarrif 6,83%, middle rate tarrif 13,46%, expensive tarrif 17,04%. This concludes the cable car is financially feasible to be built by relying solely on capital from investors. |
