Knowledge management implementation concept can help PT SISNET MITRA SEJAHTERA (SMS) in managing all the knowledge/information owned by its employee, especially from Sales/Marketing team. This team owns information about customers and all the business opportunities. In business, information is one asset for a company in creating its added value, in order to have a strong competitiveness amongst other. If the information is not well managed by SMS, there will be high dependency to one employee who owns the information/knowledge. <br />

Supporting tools or new SOP (standard operating procedure) is a basic requirement, to ‘push’ the employee in sharing all the knowledge/information. <br />
<br />

This research is done in SMS, on Rumah IndoNet, Rempoa and DEA Tower 10th Floor, Kawasan Mega Kuningan. The research is based on a data collection through a questionnaire and interview from SMS employee, and also based on field observation from one member of the marketing team in SMS. <br />
<br />

The proposed business solution is designed based on the result of the research, describing the best effective proposal regarding the current situation in SMS. |
