In order to get the reliable price, contractor needs to identify and <br /> analyze the unpredictable or unforeseeable event which both being <br /> categorized as uncertainty. Cost to anticipate the uncertainty is allocated <br /> as contingency cost. Trough the understanding and analysis on this <br /> uncertainty, contractor expectedly could bid with the most responsible <br /> price and also for the lower risk. <br /> The objective of this research is to do some identification and <br /> analysis on the uncertainty variables, so the most influenced variable of <br /> unit price estimation can be found and to get a relation between variable <br /> and unit price component as well. <br /> The benefits of this research are helping contractor to optimize the <br /> allocation of the contingency cost and determining more realistic owner <br /> estimation.
