Jakarta vision is “To be a Lean and Excellent HR Organization within 3 years to support our customers and employees achieve its business objectives by deliver high value and reliable HR services”. This final project will focus on achieving HR Jakarta’s objectives and roles in 2009 according to established milestones: standardization, measurement, and feedback. One of the HR Jakarta’s ways is to develop a performance measurement system based on Balanced Scorecard method, the HR Scorecard. HR National Admin & Services Jakarta as a team in HR Jakarta will be the pilot project, starting in to understand all of the team’s business processes. Next, to design a data record system in order to simplify the fulfillment of the scorecard, and the team’s performance report system.Also work with any items that useful for HR National Admin & Services Jakarta performance improvement such as updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP),and developing Services Level Agreement (SLA). HR National Admin & Services Jakarta is desired to give a significant contribution for HR Jakarta’s performance in becoming an integral part of HR IndoAsia Business Unit (IBU) and help achieving the business objectives and to be a strategic partner of other departments. |
