In sustaining 80K production rate, UG DOZ Production realized that increasing <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> draw point availability is urgently very important to do in order to mitigate the obstacles in <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> achieving good draw control. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Using conceptual framework trough Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode and <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Effect Analysis (FMEA) that is showing that root cause of high recorded LP repair and <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> maintenance activities is empty chute as safety bumper of LP, inappropriate and poor integration <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> of repair & maintenance process between several sections that involved. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Thus, this project will be focused on reducing draw point closed temporary through on effort to <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> how to reducing draw point closed temporary through mindset and behavior change to <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> maintenance process of Loading Point.
