Last Planner system on lean construction aims to reduce waste and maximize value by performing scheduling and controlling production units as well. This thesis aims to analyze the application of scheduling and controlling are performed on one EPC project and then compare it with the principles of last planner system. The method used uses descriptive analytical method. |
