Summary:ABSTRACT <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> PT Timah (Persero) Tbk is a leading exporter of tin as well as the largest mining company in the world. As the industry competition is so tight, the company seeks to strengthen business strategies by optimizing production. Production optimization for efficiency and effectiveness of the company is done by determining the exact number of employees. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The final project is focused on workload measurement to determine the number of employees needed by the company. The method used is the method of work <br /> <br /> <br /> sampling. Observations were made at intervals of several employees. The final project is focused on employees in the work unit Corporate Administration. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> After analyzing the workload of the employees in the administrative unit company PT Timah (Persero) Tbk, there are differences in productivity among employees, which led to the workload among employees is uneven. Optimal number of employees working unit only 40 administrative Company employees. This means <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> that the number of employees in the administrative unit company with 40 employees enough.
