Summary:In the development of the new campus of Institut Teknologi Bandung in Jatinangor, there will be several nature laboratory created. One of the laboratory under construction is water reservoir utilizing the previously constructed weir. It is such a waste to let the water flowing this weir without utilized it, for example as <br /> <br /> <br /> a electricity resource. In this papers, there will be some process to calculate the dependable discharge that have the optimum value for power plant construction. The process start with frequency analysis for the design of the weir. There are also calculation for possibility of evapotranspiration using the Penman Modification method and finally the number generated from the evapotranspiration calculation will be used for the calculation of dependable discharge using F.J. Mock method. The value of dependable discharge from previous calculation will be optimized base on probability and the value of electricity aproduced.
