The calculation results of the four methods are then compared to the results of the Wavewatch model and Beaufort method. <br /> <br /> <br /> Hs height of the calculation results of the four methods above is respectively 1,6 – 13,3m (Hasselmann), 5,5 – 12,3 m (SPM84), 1.5 - 19.5 m (Young88), and 0,9 – 20,74m (FQS). The respective value of each Ts is 4,9 – 10,9 seconds for Hasselmann, 6,4 – 12,9 seconds (SPM84), 6,4 – 12,8 seconds (Young88), and 3,9 – 16,9 seconds (FQS). <br /> <br /> <br /> Young88 method is the method with the smallest relative error (38%) in comparison with the results of Wavewatch model, followed by SPM84 (40%), FQS (42%), and Hasselmann (44%). text
