The greater critical land growth rate unable to meet balance to the ability of rehabilitating it. So, determining sequence priority on handling of critical land is needed. Forestry Institution conduct it by pursuant to biophysical aspects namely Erosion Danger Level (TBE) to the watershed with erosion and sedimentation as a main problems. The objective of this research is to conduct sequence priority of handling the critical land, by a). dentifying factors that should taken into consideration on making sequence priority of <br /> sequence priority of handling the critical land; and b). conduct sequence priority of handling the critical land using the identified factors above. <br /> According to perception analysis (stakeholder analysis and Delphi Method), experts have a notion the importance of enhanced by adding <br /> social economic aspect using population pressure index and spatial planning aspect using assigned conservation area and crops spatial use. <br /> The merger of three aspects above using geographical information system by ArcView release 3.1. Rank Sum method and Normalization of scale are used to conduct sequence priority, hanging areas and location shifting were occur on new sequence priority which caused by adding two aspects above. <br /> Sequence priority change from 5 to 14 <br />
