Description
Summary:The need for a reliable manpower to support the mining activities at surface mining

PTFI is very high. The mine plan made needs manpower to support the plan in order that the

plan can be achieved. Without good planning and reliable manpower administration service,

it will have an impact on providing manpower in the effort to fulfill the mine plan

(production).

In terms of manpower services in the surface mine division, each department has

admin section that responsible in providing the services. With so many departments under the

division each admin has different result performance service in serving customers. As there

are still many complaints from customers about the services, it is due to the pattern of each

admin sections are not integrated and most importantly, the performance management system

has not been implemented so it does not have performance measurement, accountability and

performance variables integrating to organization and customer.

Result of research is to design a performance management system using the steps of

Integrated Performance Management System (IPMS) framework. The framework is applied

by using three simple perspectives to determine the performance variable. The perspectives

are organization output, internal process, and resources which integrated to the organization

and customer. The design of performance management systems has resulted performance

variable which related to customer needs which are quality and accuracy service, timeliness

service and number of service.

Implementation of the overall performance improvement project starts from the

design setup of integrated organization development thus the performance management

system designed can be used to improve the quality of the manpower administration services

sustainably.
