One of the efficiency improvement program that runs on PLTU Cilacap CFSPP (Coal Fired Steam Power Plant) is the return of waste liquid derived from the sample water table. By using waste water sample table can avoid the lost opportunity for PLTU Cilacap and can also increase income because its utilization can increase electricity production. In each investment surely always a risk there, so it required a study assessing the feasibility. assessment is reviewed from the aspect of financial reimbursement based on the level of risk and investment. Decision criteria used is Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV) and Internal Rate of Return (IRR). This study is the 5 main factors that cause the risk of investment. Conditions in the simulation results provide optimistic, Payback Period for 11.72 hours, reaching 107.04% IRR, and NPV of Rp. 460,445,108, ‐ in 10 years.
