The new contract after termination will take the existing production as Non Sharable Oil, belonging by Goverment. Thus, the sharable oil should be found by some Prospect and Lead wich were deffinited. <br />
<br />
Assummed that the principal of exponential decline curve was applied in this area, then the estimation of existing oil recovery along 20 years of contrct will be 7,41 MMBO. <br />
<br />
Base on equivelencies of decline parameters to existing structures, the estimation of oil recovery promised 7,36 MMBO for 25 % success ratio and 29.43 MMBO for 100 % <br />
<br />
success ratio. <br />

The Result of the economic analysist consist of : <br />
<br />
1. The revenue of Government, Pertamina, and Contractor will increase with the incremental of oil recovery. <br />
<br />
2. The change of Contract will not significantly change the goverment's revenue. <br />
<br />
3. If Government will take the maximum revenue, then the Standard PSC contract is the best choise. <br />
<br />
4. By the interval of IRR number between 11% (@ 38% success ratio) and 47 % (@100 % success ratio), suggested to contractor to take this project, because the average of exploration drilling success ratio in Salawati Block was more than 50 %. |
