STUDY OF REDUCTION OF CHROMIUM (VI) CONCENTRATION IN ARTIFICIAL AQUIFER USING ZEOLITH, ORGANIC SOIL, AND IRON SLAG MATTER

This research used Kalium Bichromate solution (K2Cr2O7) as representration of Cr(VI) solution. The solution has concentration about 5 ppm and represent as constant variable. There are 4 materials to reduce Cr(VI), which are zeolith, organic soil, iron slag, and mixed from organic soil and iron slag....

Results of this study based on theoritical model can prove earlier theories and research, and the result of this experiment can deliver information about which material is best for reducing Cr(VI) concentration. text
