Summary:The occupation and revenue rate of RSIA XYZ is still very low. ne reason why these things happen is because RSIA XYZ do not have long-term strategic planning to achieve their goals and objectives. <br /> <br /> <br /> This study aimed to formulate a strategic planning for RSIA XYZ. The methodology is based on SWOT, analyze hospital internal and external factors. There are three stages used as framework for this study. First, input stage using the IFE and EFE matrix to identifying the internal and external factors. Second, matching stage verifying the internal and external factors using the IE matrix and TOWS matrix. Finally using the QSPM, to determinate the appropriate strategy for RSIA XYZ. <br /> <br /> <br /> Based from the study, RSIA XYZ supposed to use the intensive strategy by market penetration, market development and product development. From QSPM, Strenght-Opportunity (SO) strategy is the most appropriate strategy for RSIA XYZ. <br />
