Surabaya is the one of big city that has quite good at economic growth level. It is because of Surabaya is the one of center of important economic activities in Indonesia, that contributes 14,85 percent by National Domestic Growth Product. Therefore, Surabaya has strategic role in regional and national level. To support the economy aspect in Surabaya, it needs certain facilities and infrastructure. One of them is establishing the Joyoboyo Intermodal Station. <br /> <br /> <br /> In designing the Joyoboyo Intermodal Station, there are several aspects that must be analyzed. One of them is about construction management engineering that consist of determining the implementation methods, scheduling, and cost estimating. <br /> <br /> <br /> Construction-implementation method that planned is consist of preparatory work, bottom structure work, steel upper structure work with steel roof truss, and water system. <br /> <br /> <br /> Based on the planning of project schedule, the total duration of this construction project is 336 days. Besides duration, from the project schedule is also obtained critical-path project that must be observed during its sustainability so that project not too late. <br /> <br /> <br /> The result of estimation is calculated based on planning-consultant’s point of view so that generated output is “Engineer’s Estimate” that will be used by the owner when doing the auction process with the contractor
