Integrated Officialdom Service Information System (SIPAKET) is an officialdom application developed for Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD). The data in SIPAKET is adjusted with data from Sistem Aplikasi Pelayanan Kepegawaian (SAPK) owned by the Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN). There are four SIPAKET related issues to be solved in this final task. The first problem is the lack of features to make data changes in the database based on employee data from SAPK in excel format. The second problem is the lack of features to meet the needs of receiving data in the form of files. The third problem is the lack of feature selection criteria for the generation of reports. The fourth problem is the poor performance of the report generation. To import officialdom's data from SAPK, the officialdom's data format from SAPK are compared with the data in the application's database and the officialdom's data changes or new officialdom's data are set. In the document's upload feature, the data in the application database that can be stored in document form are selected. In the selection of report generation's criteria selection, the suitability of the temporal database format for generating reports on a particular snapshot is checked. Performance improvement of report generation is done by making changes to the query and database structure related to the generation of reports. The problem of importing data from SAPK is done by comparing data from SAPK with data in the application database. If there is a difference between the data from SAPK and data from application's database, then the data in the database will be adjusted with data from SAPK. The document upload problem is solved by saving the path of the file associated with the officialdom's data stored in document form on the server. The problem of selecting criteria for generating the report is completed by selecting the criteria of the date, row, and column of the report. The problem of report generation performance is done by converting the view into materialized view and changing the query to be adjusted with materialized view.
