Project scheduling is one of the important factor in designing construction project. Project schedule is needed so that project can work smoothly and finish on time. Project schedule is made to give information about when an assignment has to be started or finished. Without a <br /> <br /> <br /> good project schedule, project can be delayed and overrun the project budget. Scope of work in this project schedule is only for preparation work, earth work, foundation work, and structural work. Milestone and resources are the boundary used on this design. There are two factor that influence length of duration of the schedule: assignment with heavy equipment and assignment non-heavy equipment (productivity of manpower as the factor). This project schedule design is made using Microsoft Project 2010.
