Contract system that applied in road maintenance management in Kabupaten Tasikmalaya is done by single years contract. Road maintenance activity is done selfmanagement by Dinas Bina Marga through Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) wHich is placed in Kecamatan region in Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. With this traditional contract system, road maintenance activity is done partially. From the maintenance view, the UPTD is not always ready to handle road damage. Because they are waiting the maintenance budget from the goverment. Therefore, there must be a contract system imporvement in road maintenance management, so it will bw more <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> efficient and effective. With multiyears contract, the maintenance activity can be done continuously. Performance Based Contract (PBC) can become one of <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> alternative contract system for road maintenance management. But this system can not be applied offhanded in Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. In this study, it will be <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> disscused about perception from every each actor which involved in road maintenance activity. And they will be asked about the use of multiyears contract in Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. The perception from each actor will be analyzed with Dynamic actor Network Analysis (DANA). The use of this application is to identify potential conflict that can be happened if PBC is applied in Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. DANA can identified a lot of factor that can be told from every each actor. Those factors are conflict, potential, purpose, hope and action from every each actor about road maintenance <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> management. Therefore it can be seen every actor perception if the PBC system is applied in Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. The interview result from user and provider can be told that both of them is agree to apply the multiyears contract in Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. But budget factor become a factor that issued by each actor.
