Summary:This research aims to determine visibility, the effect of using Physics learning device to student’s concept mastery and the students respond to the eksperiment device of the theory of gas kinetic. The development of this learning tool is considered to be applied to Pedaste Inquiry in Physics learning for the material of the theory of gas kinetic in inquiry-based learning, students get the opportunity to conduct real investigation including problem identification to solve problems. The learning model of Pedaste Inquiry are arranged in: 1)Observation, 2)Coceptual, 3)Investigation, 4)Conclussion, 5)Discussion. The tool set and the student work paper of the theory of gas kinetic is developed to be used in observation, conceptual, and investigation. While learning vidio is used as alternative in remedial process. By using learning vidio, all student would reach cognitive skill to understand (C2)as in Taksonomi Bloom ini minimum skill goal in wich would be reached and also facilitate the student in whom have good cognitive skill to reach maximum cognitive skill to make (C6) as in Taxonomi Bloom. According to quizionery paper, as known that experiment device was so helpful in understanding and also motivate the student to study.
