The mean recovery for standard sample after extraction with ethanol 95% are 100.06% for acetaminophen, 99.63% for salicylamide and 99.83% for glycerylguaiacolate. Each tablets is found to be contained of 97.82- 102.69% of acetaminophen, 101.34-104.59% of salicylamide and 97.50-102.38% of glycerylguaiacolate with a coefficient of variation of 2.21%- 5.71%. text
