From student organization, <br /> <br /> they can learn many things that could be applied in the real work life. Institut Teknologi <br /> <br /> Bandung as an educational institution in Indonesia, is one of the many institution that <br /> <br /> provide their student a student organization to help them increasing their social life. <br /> <br /> One of the student organization is Paduan Suara Mahasiswa (PSM) ITB is a student <br /> <br /> choir organization. In Indonesia, the organization that lead by Kevin Nataniel as the <br /> <br /> chosen president of PSM-ITB for stewardship 2017/2018 is the oldest choir <br /> <br /> organization. PSM-ITB already get many achievements in national and international <br /> <br /> level, their last achievement is in 5 <br /> <br /> th <br /> <br /> Florence International Choir Festival in Italy, they <br /> <br /> get the first champion in mixed-youth category , and folklore category, they also get <br /> <br /> the best costume, contemporary arrangement and best Italian composer category. In <br /> <br /> Open House Unit (OHU), the annual event that purpose to introduce the new student <br /> <br /> that already pass the entrance test to the entire student organization in ITB. The <br /> <br /> applicant that registered in PSM-ITB can achieve 300 applicant, and PSM-ITB always <br /> <br /> be known by the new student because of their achievement. However, every year there <br /> <br /> is high member turnover in PSM-ITB until this year it still happened. According to <br /> <br /> Price(1997), turnover is defined as the ration of the number of organizational members <br /> <br /> who have left during the period being considered divided by the average number of <br /> <br /> people in that organization during the period. Turnover intention can be caused by <br /> <br /> various reason; further research said that individual have a key role in desire to remain <br /> <br /> the job, because organization mostly select the highly qualified candidate that fill their <br /> <br /> requirement who may change their desire to stay at their job (Forbes & Barret, 1978). <br /> <br /> It make human resource management practices take a part of the turnover intention. <br /> <br /> Human management practices is consist of recruitment, performance appraisal, <br /> <br /> compensation, training and development, leadership, etc. Nevertheless, the root of the <br /> <br /> psychological contract that effect the turnover intention is recruitment system <br /> <br /> (Rousseau, 1994). Recruitment system in PSM-ITB divided into three section, there is <br /> <br /> registration, screening interview, and kaderisasi. Recruitment system have four factor <br /> <br /> i <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> that affect the successfulness, it is source distribution, new hire quality, time to fill and <br /> <br /> cost per hire. Purpose of this research is to understand the factor in recruitment system <br /> <br /> that related with the turnover intention in PSM-ITB. This research is using qualitative <br /> <br /> approach to collect the data and analyze the collecting data. The method is using <br /> <br /> interview and focus group discussion, the respondent of this research is the <br /> <br /> management level from the Internal Division that consist of three sub-division, which <br /> <br /> is, kindship division, human resource management division, and human resource <br /> <br /> development division, and some of PSM-ITB active members. For the analysis <br /> <br /> researcher using thematic framework. The result of this research will show the factor <br /> <br /> that affect the recruitment system in PSM-ITB that related with the turnover rate
