Construction project is a group of construction activity which related each other and is done by limited resources accompanied to create civil structure or any other physical facilities desired. One of the resources that need to be planned to create civil structure or any other physical facilities is financial resources. Financial resources need to be planned and controlled as effectively and efficiently as possible to create a good construction project. Planning and controlling financial resources started when construction cost estimating began. In this final project for Center of Arts, Design and Language-ITB building, construction cost estimation is done by resource enumeration method. This method is done by calculating resources that need to be supplied as the initial data for estimating construction cost. Estimating construction cost for this final project with resource enumeration method give final estimation Rp 35.380.679.752,69 (roundup Rp 35.380.680.000,00) for bidding to the owner. S Curve is a tool for controlling financial flow in construction project so accurately with financial plan or early cost estimation. With S Curve, contractor can see the resource consumption in field and as planned (S Curve with early cost estimation). With this S Curve also, contractor can see the progress of this project so contractor can take any decision in the future (adjusting resource for any early or late progress). |
