One analysis performed by the agency is the analysis of employee performance. Performance analysis is conducted to assess the efficiency of employee work, so that the analysis becomes important in the employment scope. However, local governments often make rule changes that impact on employmentrelated decisions. Therefore, the focus of this final project is to maximize the utilization of database to perform analysis of employees performance and handle changes in personnel rules. To assist RPA’s work, this final project makes the system to perform employee performance analysis. Analysis of employee performance can be calculated based on job analysis data and activities of employees per day confirmed by their senior. All such data can be utilized for further analysis, such as employee's recommendation to occupy a position based on the terms of position. To address changes in local regulations, a system that facilitates the definition of officialdom rules by data analysts by including queries for generating reports. To avoid errors during report generation, the system performs a syntactic check of officialdom rules. Examination is done by comparing BNF notation for officialdom rules. Implementation using multi-tier architecture consisting of client, server API, and database. Testing is done by ensuring the needs of both functional and nonfunctional systems. Based on the results of testing the system, the database can be utilized to the maximum so that the system can perform performance analysis based on data analysis of positions and activities. In addition, the system can also handle local regulatory changes for generation of reports defined in information systems. text
