Constructuion management is a technique in construction project to manage its resource (labor, material, equipment, money, and time) effectively and efficiently with certain quality. This final project will discuss construction management in Apartemen dan Pusat Perbelanjaan Arcamanik, Bandung. The scope of this construction management include construction method planning, scheduleing, and construction cost estimating. <br /> <br /> <br /> Before that, job desctiption are required to known and will use work breakdown structure method. Construction method planning include quantity take off, determinating order and method of works, and construction equipment planning. In scheduleing, duration of work are determined by productivity of labor or equipment based of its resource lead then combined with logic sequence in Ms. Project. Then, in last phase, construction cost estimation take places by resource enumetarion method include estimating direct cost (labor, material, and equipment) and estimating indirect cost (overhead, contigencies, profit, taxes, and insurances). Finally, the output of this final project are Budget and Implementation Plan and S Curve. <br /> <br /> <br /> The planned work include preparation work, soil and substructure work, upper structure work, drainage work, and pavement work. Total project duration required is 695 days with implementation cost plan Rp 315.442.741.800 and Budget Cost Plan Rp 400.934.890.400.
