The planning of the station’s construction method begins with preparatory work. Then proceed with the works of the station’s soil which includes excavation, heap, PVD installation, and compaction. The station’s substructures works consist of precast pile, pile cap, and tie beam. The station’s superstructures works consist of reinforced concrete structure for column, beam, and plate. The latter works are the bridge that consist of precast pile and reinforced concrete structure for pile cap, tie beam, column, pier beam, plate, PCI prestressed girder which manufactured in precast, and steel structure for column and roof. <br />

Based on project scheduling planning, the total duration of the construction project is 368 days. The calculation of duration is based on two types of work, which are the work with the lead resource of heavy equipment and work with the lead resource of labors. Apart from duration, the critical path must be anticipated to prevent project delays. <br />

For the project cost estimation, it is based on planning consultant’s view, and the output is Engineer’s Estimate which will be used by the owner for the bidding and construction process. The cost estimation is conducted using analysis of unit prices in accordance with SNI 2008 on Unit Pricing Analysis for Building Construction. The estimated cost of the construction project is Rp.38.783.425.289 which already includes the direct and indirect costs of the project |
