Knowledge which is available in organization mostly is tacit knowledge and embodied in an individual's head. It causes difficult to transfer knowledge from one individual to another. In addition to this, the classification into four generations in the organization making it even harder for organizations to capture employees tacit knowledge. Based on that issues, the subject that will be discussed in this research are (1) There is more than two generation that will impede tacit knowledge transfer in organization, (2) Organization that not yet absorb employee’s tacit knowledge especially from retiring employee. To solve the existing problems, researcher made model development from some of the literature. Result from the model development obtained element

composition which is constructs and indicators. The next step, measurements were taken using a questionnaire as a measuring device which developed from statement items. Data obtained from questionnaires distributed to organization employees of generation baby boomers, Xers and Yers. The data is processed using software SmartPLS.

From data processing results (Validity and reliability test) and hypothesis test, there are some indicators that will be eliminated from the first model, they are due diligence, worth, motivation, thematic seminar gathering, virtual reality, organizational distance and time availability. Construct that is eliminated from

the model is characteristic of the knowledge's source. The final result for this subject is effectiveness of multi generation tacit knowledge transfer that is effected by characteristic of tacit knowledge which is also effected cross generation and transfer knowledge efectiveness.
