Summary:Pirated music industry has occupied the ninety five point seven percent of the music industry. Intention to pirated music influenced by the behavior of the person. This objective of this research is to investigate how attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavioral control affect the intention to pirate digital music. This study used questionnaire that designed to 353 respondents in Bandung with purposive sampling method. Path Analysis used to explain the relationship between the exogenous and endogenous variable. This study finds that all variables, attitude, subjective norm, and <br /> <br /> perceived behavioral control are significantly related to the intention to pirate digital music. It is expected to be useful for practitioners and the academician to support the strategy and references that related to this areas.
