Description
Summary:Rhapsodic Stay is a startup company that started with a bathroom decoration project

in 2015. The project carries the concept of a local homestay that accommodates both

domestic and foreign visitors. This project then develops and opens business

opportunities in the field of hospitality.

Research begins by analyzing the external and internal environment. The primary

analysis is SWOT analysis, supported by dividing SW Analysis using Business Model

Canvas and OT Analysis using PEST Analysis. From the results of the study, the

conclusion is that Rhapsodic Stay has a concern to attract new employees, as new

hires are considered to lower standard operating procedures.

The results show that Rhapsodic Stay can continue to apply standard operating

procedures appropriate to the company by providing a fair and appropriate division of

labor to each employee and provide training that can support the ability of the

employee department. The reward and punishment system can help maintain SOP.
