Description
Summary:In this modern era the development of industry is very advanced and rapid. This is supported by

the development of increasingly sophisticated technology that makes it easier for all human

activities. Especially all work activities that exist within the company both in producing a good

and the arrangement of the entire system work. One of the most important elements to run all the

goals of the company is human resources because human resources can affect the effectiveness

in generating output and as a business driver (Ike Kusdyah Rachmawati, 2008). Work

environment is one of the most important factors that can affect the physical condition and

physiology man (Annisa, 2014). Work environment is anything related to work activities both

individuals and teams.

The purpose of this research is to know how big the influence of physical and non-physical work

environment to perceived performance of employee and where the most dominant influence

between physical work environment and non-physical work environment. The research object

that the researcher selects is an employee in the division of TC&AP PT Pindad Persero

Bandung. This is related to the identification of some problems raised by employees related to

the work environment through interviews conducted by researchers. The result of the research

shows that the physical work environment is not significantly affect the perceived performance

of employees while the non-physical work environment significantly positively affect the

perceived performance of employees. But simultaneously the variables of physical work

environment-and non-physical results have a significant effect on perceived performance of

employees. Then between the physical and non-physical work environment variables of the most

dominant research results are non-physical work environments that can affect perceived

employee performance.
