One other can be conducted to reach a target of company is by developing human resources. The development of human resources represents activities which need to be done by company so that knowledge and ability of employees as according to work demand which they conducted. One of the efforts in the human resources development by knowing motivation factors what can improve employees performance so that given the motivation factors having an effect on hence we earn to give factors motivate precisely to increase employees performance.<p align="justify"><p>Motivation concept represent important concept in individual performance study. Someone very motivated, is one who execute substantial effort, utilize to support the target of production unity of its activity, and organizational where he work. This research conducted by observation, inetrview and distribution of questioners. Instrument tested by measuring its reliability and validity. To test interrelations that happened between variabels used by correlation analysis and regression analysis. Result of research show:<p>1. Not every hygiene factor has an effect on to performance. This performance only influenced linearly positive by status, policy of company, condition of observation technique and job activity.<p>2. At motivator factor, performance influenced linearly positive by progress, appreciate, responsibility, work itself, opportunity to expand and achievement.<p align="justify"><p>Seeing the result of this research, hence company better more paying attention strategies which should be done to every motivator and hygiene factor so that motivation improving to employees can be done precisely. text |
