Description
Summary:&#65279;The widespreaduse of natural gas in Indonesia is supported by natural gasnetworks that are in the distribution of natural gas. In the natural gas distribution process, performance monitoring must be guaranteed on natural gas distribution pipelines so thatthe pipelinedoes not failure or the consequences of failure can be reduced.Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) is a method to determine the rightmaintenance activities for each equipment. RCM is based on seven basic questions andRCM decision diagrams, to determine the maintenance tasks that must be performed.Offshore and Onshore Reliability Data (OREDA) is an organization of several oil and gascompanies that provides reliability data from equipment used in oil and gas exploration. The method used by OREDA assumes that the average failure rate is constant which resultsin the distribution of data used in the exponential distribution.Proposed preventive task intervals must be applied to 481 vital components withdetails of 655 on-condition tasks and 454 recoverytasks as well as disposal tasks at 22.Analysis with the OREDA method produces on-condition task recommendations with 6-12 months intervals of 221 modes (30, 82%), 1-3 year intervals are 205 (28.59%); 3-5years interval is 4 modes (0.56%), and the interval over 5 years is 287 modes (40.03%).As for recovery tasks with 6-12 months intervals of 65 modes (14.01%), 1-3 year intervalsare 61 modes (13.15%); 3-5 year intervals are 300 modes (64.66%), and intervals above 5years are 38 modes (8.19%). As for the disposal task with an interval of 1.82 years 21modes (91%) and 2.98 years interval 2 (9%). <br />
