Summary:Lubricant is needed because it's necessity in fossil-fueled vehicle, which includes four-wheeled vehicle. Lubricant performance test for lubricant standardization is needed considering the amount of lubricant types sold in Indonesia. <br /> <br /> Lubrication standardization can be done through lubricant performance testing. Lubricant performance test is a testing process to determine lubricant performance in a working combustion engine. This test can be done independently or with support from other various supporting systems. One of the supporting systems that need to be designed is Integrated Central Control System (ICCS). <br /> <br /> ICCS is a lubricant testing support system that integrates all auxiliary testing devices. This integrated system consists of five subsystems, i.e. Diesel Fuel System, Gasoline Fuel System, Compressed Air System, Cooling Water System, Drain Monitoring System, and Exhaust System. ICCS works in parallel and series and can also be controlled manually and automatically. <br /> <br /> The design and installation of the ICCS unit is done with the aim that all subsystems can work in an integrated manner and can be controlled and monitored simultaneously in one display. The controller device used is a PLC as a flexible programming device. The Human Machine Interface (HMI) is a assistive communication device to facilitate operators in controlling and monitoring the testing process. <br />
