Efforts to build a scientific understanding would be more directed when accompanied by a

medium of learning. Learning media has a very important role in the success of teaching and learning process anywhere. The purpose of this research is to make the learning module of astronomy in order to complete the lack of teaching materials for Senior High School/MA students whose model is developed with guided inquiry approach. With this learning module, students will be able to directly practice it in the field. Learning modules composed include the 1st series module Determining the direction of a place's position from the observer on the Earth's round surface with a spherical triangle (eg determining the direction of Qibla), the 2nd series

module Understanding the phenomenon of phases and the appearance of the Moon and the series module to-3 on Gravity. From the field test result in the form of pre test and post test of personal control and data analyzed by CRI method, it is obtained that the learning activity by using the first series module to 102 respondents of SMA/Mastudents in Bandung and Bogor regency shows the average of students who answer the problem correctly

Increased by 24.0% and the wrong answer decreased 20.4%. CRI analysis shows the data increase 84,0% student who answer with know concept, answer do not know concept decrease 45,3%, while misconception rise not significant about 13,4%. In the second series of modules to 94 respondents obtained students who answered correctly up 27.0% and the wrong answer 29.2% down, CRI analysis showed an increase of 50.0% students answered know the concept, do not know the concept down 59.4%, misconception

Decreased 7.7%. In the third series of modules to 93 respondents obtained the data of students who answered correctly up 53.1% and the wrong answer down 25.0%, CRI analysis results showed an increase of 78.3% students answered know the concept, do not know the concept down 42.2% , Misconception decreased 3.1%. These results show that these astronomy learning modules are successful and can be used as learning materials for Astronomy or as an independent student learning media wherever they are and can be an additional alternative learning medium for schools. text |
