Description
Summary:
Fatmawati City Center is an upper middle class apartment that consists of 27 floors functioned as office, lifestyle center, and condominium, with 4 basement floors provided parking area at superblock area of Fatmawati City Center, South Jakarta. The design of foundation was choosen from two alternatives such as bore pile foundation and raft-pile foundation which met the design criteria. The design criteria include the foundation bearing capacity and foundation settlement. The axial bearing capacity determined by using manual calculation based on Meyerhof and the lateral bearing capacity determined by using LPILE software. After obtaining the foundation configuration based on soil bearing capacity, the foundation used is raft-pile foundation because it is more efficient. The raft-pile foundation consists of 1 m and 2 m thick raft, and 80 cm diameter bore pile with 10 m long as much 375 piles. The settlement analysis was calculated using SETTLE 3D and SAFE software. The design of excavation retaining wall used diaphragm wall with ground anchor reinforcement that qualified the design criteria include wall deflection, excavation retaining wall safety factor, and ground anchor safety factor. The analysis of excavation retaining wall used PLAXIS 2D software with stages construction consists of diaphragm wall installation, 5 excavation stages, and 3 ground anchors installation. The excavation retaining wall has 80 cm thickness, 25 m depth of penetration, and 3 ground anchors installed at -5 m, -8 m, and -11 m elevation with 347 kN prestress force assigned. The reinforcement design of foundation and diaphragm wall accordanced with the regulation of SNI 03-28472013 about The Planning and Designing of Concrete Structures for Bulding Construction. The design results are in the form of detailed drawings and Bill of Quantity (BoQ), also technical specifications.
