The results of the analysis, reinforced by the interviews found the cause of the gap, including the implementation of risk management that is not in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance (GCG), the mitigation plan has not been fully implemented, the risk identification methodology that has not covered all possible risks and monitoring. functions that have not been properly implemented by Internal Audit. <br />

Improving strategic risk management through the implementation of enterprise risk management in accordance with GCG principles, can eliminate the cause of the realization gap and company targets. On a large scale can improve company performance. <br />
