Summary:<p align="justify"> Based on data, it is known that the main problems faced by the creative economy sector, especially fashion subsector are in the field of human resources. Rumah Batik Komar is the one of the company included in the creative economy sector, especially fashion subsector. Rumah Batik Komar has difficulty obtaining workforce, especially workforce for batik. Rumah Batik Komar get workforce for batik from institutions or SMK of Batik dan communities of batik in various regions. Rumah Batik Komar has unique and exclusive designs and motifs of batik so the new workforce of batik must do direct training with senior employees or Head of Rumah Batik Komar. The training must be done directly because the knowledge is still inside of employees so the knowledge transfer can only be done through direct training. It indicates that Rumah Batik Komar don’t have right knowledge management process. Rumah Batik Komar must have the right knowledge management strategies if Rumah Batik Komar want to have right knowledge management process. <br /> <br /> Knowledge management strategies are formulated based on the characteristics of business processes which consist of the nature of interactions and nature of tasks. Therefore, it is necessary to identify the business processes contained in the Rumah Batik Komar. Then the identification of each business process characteristic is carried out which consist of the nature of interactions and nature of tasks. Identification of business processes and the characteristics of each business process are carried out using the interview method. Interviews are conducted with the Leader, Production Manager, and General Administration Manager of Rumah Batik Komar. Interview results are processed using thematic analysis to explore the characteristics, competencies, and knowledges in each business process. Based on the characteristics of the business process, knowledge management strategy will be formulated for each business process using the Bhatt method. <br /> <br /> Rumah Batik Komar has seven categories of business processes with each characteristic. To be able to carry out the business process, the employees of Rumah Batik Komar must have certain competencies and knowledge. Overall Rumah Batik Komar has 46 competencies. Each competency has knowledge that suitable with business processes. Based on these two characteristics of business processes, four knowledge management strategies can be applied by Rumah Batik Komar in accordance with the characteristics of each business process. The results of the formulation of knowledge management strategies are expected to overcome the problems that occur at Rumah Batik Komar when it has a new workforce. In addition, the formulation of knowledge management strategies is expected to help Rumah Batik Komar to identify important knowledge for the company. <br /> <p align="justify">
