The successful implementation of the last planner system method as part of lean construction in other countries, encourages its implementation in Indonesia. Therefore, research on the study of the potential application of the principles of the last planner system that is reviewed consists of the principle of one piece flow, pull system, heijunka and jidoka on building construction projects in an effort to reduce waste and increase value with the aim of knowing, assess the extent to which the potential application of the principles of the last planner system in the practice of construction project production through the development of a potential assessment system last planner system, which consists of small, medium and large potential assessment criteria. From the results of the study it was found that the potential for the implementation of the last planner system method is medium value to be applied to the construction project practice because there are still obstacles and challenges in its application to the construction project production practices.
