Optimization on a Project Based Company at Nona Manis Creative Planner

Social networks users in Indonesia is growing persistently year by year. Nona Manis Creative <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Planner is one of the design and decoration service company based in Bandung since December <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> 2015 who targets middle-up economic class who willing to pay more money for exclusive <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> design. Many problems in human resources management, operations management, and <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> inventory caused high operating expenses. This study was aimed to find the biggest source of <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> the operating expenses and plan strategies to reduce the costs. The methods used for this <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> research were questionnaire, existing expenses analysis, root cause analysis, forecasting, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> service facility location analysis, sensitivity analysis, and cash flow analysis. This study found <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> that the company should move the warehouse to Jakarta to increase market share. Moreover, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> buying operational vehicle, hiring driver, and hiring permanent project leaders are also the <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> solutions to solve the problems.
